At the end of each dance season Northern Lights School of Dance produces a year-end recital involving all the students. We feel that it is important that students have a tangible goal to work towards, which will help them develop a sense of pride and dedication to their work. We encourage all students to participate in the year-end recital (but please note that it is not mandatory).
Any student who does not wish to perform or who is going to be away during any performance must notify their instructor as soon as possible of her/his unavailability to perform.
Parents of children enrolled in the primary ballet program must decide if the year-end recital is appropriate for their child as it will involve extra rehearsals and late evenings during performance week.
Students, or their parents, are asked to confirm their participation in the year-end recital by January 31 of the current dance year.
